MR. MOHAN
Founder / Group Managing Director
Mohan brings a wealth of expertise with more than 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Subsea and Pipeline Engineering Sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer accredited by the Institute of Marine Engineers (UK). Mohan is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in pipeline engineering, with extensive international experience delivering complex projects across diverse offshore and onshore environments. Throughout his career, he has pioneered innovative engineering solutions, developed first-of-their-kind pipeline designs, and consistently pushed technical boundaries to solve challenges beyond conventional engineering approaches. Having worked alongside many of the industry's most respected technical leaders, he is frequently consulted by operators, engineering contractors, and fellow specialists for his expertise in resolving complex pipeline design, integrity, installation and operational issues. His sound engineering judgement, innovative thinking and deep understanding of industry best practices have made him a trusted advisor on technically challenging projects worldwide.
MR. ROLANDO SAPITULA SILVA
Multi-Discipline Project Consultant
Rolando is a seasoned Oil & Gas Engineering and Construction professional with over 30 years of international experience in engineering design, project execution and engineering management. He has held senior technical and managerial roles, including more than 15 years leading Mechanical and Piping Engineering teams across multidisciplinary projects. With extensive experience supporting major international operators and EPC contractors, he has developed a strong understanding of industry codes, international standards, client specifications and engineering best practices. Having worked in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia, Rolando brings broad international exposure and a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Ir. HUAN TECK TIONG
Engineering Manager
Huan has over 20 years of work experience in conceptual, feasibility, FEED and detailed engineering projects. His experience includes undertaking the design of Subsea and Onshore pipelines, PLEMs and Single Point Mooring (SPM) systems in various geographical locations around the world. He is also well versed in the design of HP/HT and deep-water pipeline systems. He is a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) accredited by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (C116689), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE-06431/MY) and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).
Ir. KRISHNA KUMAR
Principal Pipeline Engineer
Krishna has over 15 years of engineering working experience in the Pipeline and Subsea Field covering engineering and management of Offshore/Onshore Projects, Integrity, Operations, Fabrication and Installation. His experience includes designs of HP/HT pipelines, deep-water pipeline systems, FEA Analyses and Integrity Assessments. His EPCIC experience includes Fabrication Engineering, Yard Fabrication, Installation Engineering and Offshore Installation of Rigid and Flexible pipelines, Umbilicals and Subsea Skids. He is a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) accredited by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (P127692) and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).
Ir. NOOR AZIZAH RAMLI
Lead Flow Assurance Engineer
Noor Azizah has over 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry specializing in Pipeline Engineering and Flow Assurance. She has been involved in conceptual engineering, front end engineering design and detailed design of pipelines located both Offshore and Onshore. She also has experience working for both design consultants and operators. Project locations include Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Vietnam, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. She has hands on experience in multiphase flow simulations and designs using OLGA, PVTSim, PIPESIM and HYSYS software. She is a Professional Engineer (Chemical) accredited by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (P126488) and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).
MR. ISAAC KUGAN
Material & Integrity Specialist
Isaac has over 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas Pipeline Engineering industry specializing in the Materials, Corrosion and Integrity fields. His experience includes engineering designs in one of the most sour regions of the world (Bul Hanine, Qatar), with a H₂S content in excess of 10 mol %. In addition, he has also evaluated full well stream pipeline systems with a CO₂ content exceeding 60 mol %. CCUS experience includes studies to repurpose existing pipelines for dense phase CO₂ as well as the design of new dense phase CO₂ pipelines. He graduated from The University of Nottingham (UK) with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and has a Masters in Science from the University of Aberdeen in Subsea Engineering. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (99961511).
